Volker has worked not only as a keyboarder and pianist, but also as a teacher and producer. From 1986-1994 he played in the Jazz Combo with the Stuttgarter Jazz artist Frank Heinz and from 1994-2000 he worked as a solo artist and released several Cds of his own. In 2002 & 2005 he founded two Jazz Duos; ‘DuoNobile’ with Christoph Schlumberger on Drums, and ‘Vis-à-vis’ with Bruno Lehmann on Alt-Sax & Clarinet, respectively. He’s been involved in many worship events within Germany; working with artist such as Arne Kopfermann, Albert Frey, Lothar Kosse and Gaetan Roy. Since 1999, Volker has also worked as a teacher, & band member, for the Worship Academy.
